I was really impressed, how even during the interview process the company was sincerely interested in my ideas. That made me feel comfortable and that I would have the ability to make things happen here. That’s all it took for me to say yes to the role.
What’s your journey like, setting up a new department?
It‘s been a fast-paced dynamic process. We’re just 3 new and 3 experienced people and within a short time we were already making a difference. The service department demands rapid response and versatile support, but we’ve been fortunate to have the backing of our colleagues and the company, ensuring everything runs smooth.
How would you describe your typical day at work?
Our team handles a lot of requests. A significant part of my day involves managing, and delegating our incoming emails. It’s intense and we work hard but we also have fun. We all get along well. It’s a rewarding experience and makes me want to come to work every day.
