Es ist ein sehr gutes Gef\u00fchl, wenn am Ende ein Design f\u00fcr alle Komponenten und Produkte funktioniert und wenn man erkennt, dass es dabei um ein Sabik Offshore Produkt geht. <\/span><\/p>\n

Die Herausforderung, ein Produkt zu schaffen, das vielen verschiedenen Anforderungen mit m\u00f6glichst wenigen Teilen gerecht wird.

Wie hast du von der offenen Stelle in Schwerin erfahren?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sabik Offshore hatte eine Stelle f\u00fcr einen Product Designer an der Hochschule ausgeschrieben an der ich seinerzeit studierte. Ich schickte meine Bewerbung ab und wurde zu einem Vorstellungsgespr\u00e4ch eingeladen. F\u00fcr mich war schnell klar, dass ich bei Sabik Offshore arbeiten wollte.<\/p>\n

Viele meiner Designkommilitonen hingegen sind in Designb\u00fcros gegangen. Sie haben einen Entwurf nach dem n\u00e4chsten auf dem Tisch, aber sehen nie ihr Produkt. Ich kann hier von der ersten Idee bis zum Endprodukt den gesamten Prozess begleiten. Es ist ein sehr gutes Gef\u00fchl zu sehen, dass die vorab theoretisch geplanten Produkte dann auch physisch vor mir liegen. Dann wei\u00df ich, jetzt kommen sie in den Windpark und erf\u00fcllen dort ihre Funktion.<\/p>\n

Ich freue mich jeden Tag darauf, mich mit den Kollegen:innen \u00fcber Ideen auszutauschen. Wir sprechen auch \u00fcber Privates. Das ist f\u00fcr mich \u201eGold wert\u201c.
Als ich bei Sabik Offshore angefangen habe, waren wir nur 35 Kollegen:innen. Trotzdem wir inzwischen gewachsen sind, ist die N\u00e4he untereinander und bis in die h\u00f6here Gesch\u00e4ftsebene nicht verloren gegangen. F\u00fcr mich ist es wichtig, dass ich mich bei Sabik Offshore wohlf\u00fchle und \u00fcber alles offen reden kann. Generell wird darauf geachtet, dass es uns hier gut geht. Als ich vor wenigen Jahren Vater geworden bin, habe ich einen kleinen Kinderbonus erhalten \u2013 begleitet von einem pers\u00f6nlichen Brief der Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung. Und auch meine Elternzeit war \u00fcberhaupt kein Problem. Die Projekte wurden dementsprechend geplant.<\/p>\n

Ich f\u00fchle mich in vielen Bereichen meiner t\u00e4glichen Aufgaben wertgesch\u00e4tzt und ich komme jeden Tag gerne zur Arbeit.<\/p>\n
