Ich habe die Freiheit, nach meinen Bed\u00fcrfnissen zu arbeiten. Man vertraut mir – und das ist etwas sehr Sch\u00f6nes. Wenn ich eine Idee habe, h\u00f6rt man mir zu. Ich mag diese Brainstorming-Meetings und wenn wir miteinander diskutieren.<\/span><\/p>\n

Neben dem Engagement bei gr\u00fcnen Themen ist es auch das Image von Sabik Offshore: jung, dynamisch und es ist ein internationales Unternehmen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Was denkst du, warum f\u00fchlen sich gerade ausl\u00e4ndische Mitarbeitende bei Sabik Offshore wohl?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich glaube, dass die Leute bei Sabik Offshore die Situation eines Ausl\u00e4nders besser verstehen als anderswo. Das Unternehmen wurde von einem Ausl\u00e4nder gegr\u00fcndet. Sie merken, wenn ich mich mit der deutschen Sprache schwer tu und helfen mir. Ich m\u00f6chte in der Firma eigentlich so wenig Englisch wie m\u00f6glich sprechen. Mittlerweile spreche ich fast nur noch Deutsch und komme Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt an mein Ziel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Was denkst du, warum sich gerade ausl\u00e4ndische Mitarbeitende bei Sabik Offshore wohlf\u00fchlen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich war auf der Suche nach etwas in der Gegend von Rostock, deshalb war Schwerin urspr\u00fcnglich nicht auf meinem Radar. Als ich dann mit ihnen gesprochen habe, war ich so beeindruckt, dass ich entschieden habe, hier anzufangen.<\/p>\n

Als Hardware-Entwickler arbeite ich nun schon seit 2022 an den Layouts f\u00fcr die Platinen zur Herstellung der Sabik-Produkte. Ich habe ein sehr gutes Verh\u00e4ltnis zu meinen Kollegen:innen. Ich bin gern hier, habe hier gute Laune und ich mache das, was ich gern mache und schon immer tun wollte: Ich habe die Freiheit, nach meinen Bed\u00fcrfnissen zu arbeiten.<\/p>\n

Ich stamme aus Madrid und dort sind viele sehr gestresst und unfreundlich. Hier ist das nicht so. Die Leute sind freundlicher. Und die Umweltverschmutzung ist auch viel geringer hier. Jedes Mal, wenn ich von einem Familienbesuch aus Spanien nach Rostock zur\u00fcckkomme, atme ich tief durch und denke: \u201eWas f\u00fcr eine tolle Luft!\u201c<\/p>\n
