Was ist das Besondere am Sabik-Team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Alle hier sind sehr hilfsbereit und gelassen. Das sch\u00e4tze ich sehr. Wann immer man die Kollegen fragt, sie helfen gern. Ich habe noch nie genervte Leute hier im Team erlebt, die Arbeitsatmosph\u00e4re ist immer angenehm. Ich arbeite hier im Kopenhagener Team als einzige Frau mit sechs M\u00e4nnern zusammen. Sie sind tolle Kollegen. Ich gehe jeden Tag gern zur Arbeit, weil wir ein sehr gutes Team sind.<\/span><\/p>\n

Was treibt dich an?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Im Bereich Operations arbeite ich eng mit Anne zusammen. Das ist wunderbar. Ich mag Anne sehr und sie ist sehr hilfsbereit. Als ich bei Sabik Offshore anfing, hat sie mich von Schwerin aus sozusagen \u201eunter ihre Fittiche\u201c genommen. Und als ich beispielsweise mal Verbesserungen angeregt habe, traf das bei ihr sofort auf offene Ohren. <\/span>Deshalb f\u00fchle ich mich wohl, Teil ihres Team zu sein.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wir verstehen uns alle sehr gut, so dass wir auch mal \u00fcber pers\u00f6nliche Dinge sprechen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Bereitet dir die Arbeit bei Sabik Offshore Freude?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Oh ja, ich arbeite seit 2019 im Kopenhagener Team und komme jeden Tag gerne zur Arbeit.<\/p>\n

In meiner T\u00e4tigkeit als Projektmanagement-Assistentin betreue ich die Auftr\u00e4ge zu bestimmten Windparks und stehe in engem Austausch mit den Kunden und dem Projektmanagement in Schwerin.<\/p>\n

Ich denke, es macht viel aus, wenn die Leute hier gern ins B\u00fcro kommen. Ich glaube, es ist gut, die Mitarbeitenden mit ihren Ideen wahrzunehmen und da kann vielleicht ein kleineres Unternehmen ohne zu viel Hierarchien, wie Sabik Offshore, mehr bewirken.<\/p>\n
