Die Ware muss gepr\u00fcft werden, auch ob sie in Ordnung ist und ob es das ist, was wir haben wollen. Das Lager ist sozusagen die Schnittstelle zwischen fast allen Kollegen:innen.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Was treibt dich an?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Bei Sabik Offshore komme ich immer gern zur Arbeit, ich freue mich darauf. Hier habe ich die Abwechslung, die ich brauche. Es gibt hier auch so ein gewisses famili\u00e4res Klima.<\/span><\/p>\n <\/span><\/p>\n Wie funktioniert es in eurem Sabik Offshore Team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n Wir sind alle per \u201eDu\u201c, was ja schon sehr viel sagt – und immer auf Augenh\u00f6he. Und es geht hier nicht nach irgendwelchen Gehaltsklassen, wer hier was zu sagen hat. Das finde ich zum Beispiel gut. Wenn du mal nicht alles schaffst, wirst du auch nicht allein gelassen. Ich habe Lampen montiert. Das hat mir von vornherein sehr gut gefallen. Es hat einen gewissen Anspruch und ist sehr vielf\u00e4ltig: schrauben, bohren, l\u00f6ten, programmieren, Programme konfigurieren – ziemlich umfangreich. Das hat mir Spa\u00df gemacht, weil es sehr abwechslungsreich ist.<\/p>\n Nebenbei musste ich viele Sachen aus den Lagern holen und habe dabei auch angefangen, Dinge zu optimieren. Nach anderthalb Jahren wurde ich gefragt, ob ich mir vorstellen k\u00f6nnte, ins Lager zu wechseln. Mittlerweile bin unter anderem auch ich Ansprechpartner f\u00fcr das Warenlager und pr\u00fcfe die Produkte und Bauteile der Ein- und Ausg\u00e4nge.<\/p>\n
