Unsere Produkte m\u00fcssen unsere Kunden p\u00fcnktlich erreichen – ob in Europa, Asien oder den USA. Ich mag die Herausforderung, alle Schritte zu koordinieren, damit die Produktion reibungslos l\u00e4uft.<\/span><\/p>\n

Was magst du am Sabik-Team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Durch die Open-Door-Mentalit\u00e4t k\u00f6nnen wir uns untereinander schnell austauschen. Gerade, wenn es auch mal schwierig ist. Das mag ich sehr an den Kollegen. Generell ist das Klima hier sehr fr\u00f6hlich und offen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wie ist deine Entwicklung bei Sabik Offshore verlaufen?<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ich habe als Elternzeitvertretung in der Buchhaltung bei Sabik Offshore angefangen. Nach einem Jahr habe ich einen festen Vertrag bekommen. Danach wurde ich gefragt, ob ich das Projektmanagement \u00fcbernehmen m\u00f6chte. Nebenbei habe ich angefangen, berufsbegleitend zu studieren. Ich habe meinen Bachelor in Business Administration gemacht. Das war nicht immer einfach bei Vollzeitarbeit mit zwei kleinen Kindern, aber die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrung hat mich dabei immer unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n

Im Jahr 2021 \u00fcbernahm ich die Position des Head of Operations. Da ich schon so lange bei Sabik Offshore bin, kenne ich alle Bereiche, was von Vorteil ist.<\/p>\n

\u00dcberhaupt kann hier Jede(r) seine Meinung mit einbringen. Das finde ich super und dadurch kommen Unternehmen auch weiter. Wir haben sogar ein Ideen-Management-System. Da kann sich jeder Kollege \u00e4u\u00dfern. Wir gucken uns das dann sorgf\u00e4ltig an.<\/p>\n

Ich bin schon auch stolz, wenn ich gefragt werde, dass ich sagen kann, wir sind zwar ein Unternehmen, das nicht jeder kennt. Aber am Ende haben wir nahezu jede Offshore-Windfarm der Welt beliefert.<\/p>\n
