Ich liebe die Natur und zu ihrer Erhaltung beizutragen, ist f\u00fcr mich eine wichtige Aufgabe. Und ich finde die menschliche Komponente bei der Arbeit sehr wichtig. Ich arbeite nicht f\u00fcr das Leben oder lebe nur f\u00fcr die Arbeit. Arbeit ist Teil meines Lebens. Deshalb ist es so wichtig f\u00fcr mich, dass das Unternehmen, f\u00fcr das ich arbeite, an \u00e4hnliche Werte glaubt wie ich.<\/span><\/p>\n

Von Anfang an, als ich noch Mitglied eines Partner-Unternehmens von Sabik Offshore war, bemerkte ich den offenen und zugewandten Teamgeist. Als wir \u00fcber die Zukunft der Industrie und die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Marktes sprachen, f\u00fchlte ich, dass wir aus einem Holz geschnitzt sind: was wir denken, woran wir glauben und was unsere Werte sind, die f\u00fcr einen nachhaltigen Erfolg wichtig sind. Als ich sp\u00e4ter gefragt wurde, ob ich das Team verst\u00e4rken m\u00f6chte, habe ich nicht einen Moment gez\u00f6gert.<\/p>\n

Ich unterst\u00fctze nun seit dem Fr\u00fchjahr 2023 das Sales Team von Sabik Offshore. Von den Niederlanden aus initiiere ich Kontakte zu neuen Regionen und Kunden in Europa als Bestandteil der Gesch\u00e4ftsentwicklung. Dar\u00fcber hinaus st\u00e4rke ich die bereits bestehende Verbindung mit den Kunden und besch\u00e4ftige mich mit neuen Technologien.<\/p>\n

Das Sales Team ist auf der ganzen Welt t\u00e4tig. Wir kommen regelm\u00e4\u00dfig an einem unserer Standorte zusammen, um \u00fcber die Herausforderungen und unsere Strategie zu beraten.<\/p>\n
