Obwohl ich noch relativ jung bin, spiele ich bereits eine wichtige Rolle f\u00fcr den Erfolg unseres Unternehmens und kann etwas bewirken. Ich bin zwar erst seit eineinhalb Jahren hier, konnte mich aber bereits gut einbringen und Prozesse verbessern. Das war bei meinem vorherigen Arbeitgeber nicht m\u00f6glich. Es f\u00fchlt sich gut an, eine wichtige Rolle bei der Entwicklung eines Unternehmens zu spielen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Woher wei\u00dft du, dass Sabik Offshore der richtige Platz f\u00fcr dich ist?<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n

Unsere Arbeitsstile und Philosophien passen zusammen. Ich kann unabh\u00e4ngig arbeiten und habe trotzdem ein Team hinter mir. Ich werde geh\u00f6rt und bin nicht nur eine Nummer im System. Wir arbeiten alle hart, aber die Flexibilit\u00e4t unseres Arbeitsstils erm\u00f6glicht es mir, einen Ausgleich zu finden und auch meinen Hobbys nachzugehen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Wie hast du das Onboarding bei Sabik Offshore empfunden?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

Ich war beeindruckt – sogar mein Onboarding-Prozess hatte ein Konzept. Das ist nicht bei jedem Arbeitgeber selbstverst\u00e4ndlich. Ich lernte dadurch schnell alle Kollegen kennen, konnte sie um Rat fragen und sofort Kontakte kn\u00fcpfen. Das war perfekt, gerade f\u00fcr mich als neuen Kollegen. Schon nach kurzer Zeit hatte ich das Gef\u00fchl, als \u201evollwertiges Teammitglied\u201c angesehen zu werden, obwohl ich noch relativ neu war.<\/span><\/p>\n

Was gef\u00e4llt dir an deinem Team?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Es ist die l\u00f6sungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit. Hier arbeitet man nicht gegeneinander, sondern miteinander. Ich bin in alle Prozesse eingebunden. Und wenn es z.B. eine Innovation gibt, dann wird gesagt: \u201eEs geht auch dich etwas an\u201c. Der Spruch \u201eDas haben wir schon immer so gemacht\u201c gilt hier nicht. <\/span><\/p>\n

Bei Sabik Offshore werden alle Entscheidungen offengelegt und transparent gemacht. Es gibt hier regelm\u00e4\u00dfige Besprechungen, in denen wir auswerten, was gut gelaufen ist und was vielleicht beim n\u00e4chsten Mal noch besser gemacht werden kann. Mir gef\u00e4llt, dass hier konstruktive Kritik und Feedback ge\u00fcbt werden und dass die Atmosph\u00e4re sehr kommunikativ ist.<\/span><\/p>\n
