What do you enjoy most about your job? 

No two days are the same at Sabik Offshore. There’s always something to do, and the work is never monotonous. I learn a lot by being challenged, especially when dealing with unusual customer requests or unexpected technical needs. It keeps things interesting.  

How would you describe the team and work culture? 

In our office in Glostrup (Denmark) we are a small, close-knit group, though we come from different departments. But my core team – the sales team is spread across the globe. Despite the distance, we’re well connected and supportive. Especially when it comes to sharing responsibilities or covering for each other during time off or heavy workloads.

What really stands out to me is how diverse and multicultural the company is. Working with people from so many backgrounds brings a lot of different perspectives to the team. It really shapes how we communicate and collaborate across the company.

There’s a strong sense of balance and mutual respect. We call it freedom with responsibility — everyone is trusted to manage their time while staying committed to the work.
