As a working student you will do the following
Contribute to daily work:
Document management, create training materials and collect, prepare and display analyses and key figures
Work on smaller projects independently (possibly also across departments) (e.g. error collection card):
Support, development of quality assurance, e.g. test equipment management
“Translate test instructions from Product Development into test instructions as BC will need them in the future
EcoVadis – GAP analysis
Sustainability report – adopt work packages
Student research project or internship project Larger independent projects such as implementing a tool, method or process
Basic knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, TQM)
Enrolled in a relevant degree program, such as Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
Analytical thinking for evaluating and improving processes
Detail-oriented and well-structured working style
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (e.g., for data analysis and charts)
Basic understanding of technical processes or production
Interest in process optimization and quality assurance
Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
Teamwork and strong communication skills
