In this position, you will take on sales responsibility for the European offshore wind market. You combine technical understanding, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills to drive projects forward, acquire new customers, and work together with our specialist departments to develop sustainable solutions.

As a Regional Sales Manager you will do the following:

You will develop and implement sales strategies for the European offshore wind market. 

You will conduct customer meetings, prepare offers, and present them both internally and externally. 

You will support orders through to the smooth handover to the project team for implementation. 

You will collaborate with authorities and institutions to actively shape safety regulations for offshore wind farms. 

You will identify certification needs and support the certification process in your target markets.

You will analyze market trends, maintain our project database, and acquire new customers and orders. 

You will work closely with colleagues from other departments and report to the Global Head of Sales.

What you bring with you

You have a degree in business administration or a comparable field; alternatively, a technical degree (e.g. mechanical or electrical engineering).

You have experience in technical sales or are currently in a technical role and wish to apply your expertise in sales.

You possess excellent communication skills in both German and English (spoken and written).

You are proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

You already have insights into the offshore wind energy industry or similar economic sectors.

You are self-motivated and a team player, ambitious, honest, eager to learn, patient, resilient, and reliable.

You are willing to travel within Europe and to the United Kingdom.

You also

You are an active listener, think analytically, work in a structured manner, and manage your time effectively.

You have initial experience with AI solutions as well as knowledge in project management and negotiation.

You have additional European language skills (e.g. Danish, Dutch, Polish, Spanish, Italian, etc.).
