What convinced you about Sabik Offshore?
I am part of an ambitious international team in which the successes of the team take precedence over those of the individual and are dedicated to our goals. This makes me feel every single day that I am in no better hands than at Sabik Offshore.
What drives you?
I love nature and contributing to its conservation is an important task for me. I find the human element at work very important. I don’t work to live or live just for work. Work is part of my life. That’s why it’s so important to me that the company I work for believes in similar values as I do.
What do you like about your team?
From the very beginning, when I was working at Sabik Offshore partner, I noticed the open and approachable team spirit. When we talked about the future of the industry and the needs of the market, I felt that we were cut from the same mould: what we think, what we believe in and what our values are that are important for sustainable success. When I was later asked if I would like to join the team, I didn’t hesitate for a moment.
I have been supporting the Sabik Offshore sales team since spring 2023. Based in the Netherlands, I initiate contacts with new regions and customers in Europe as part of business development. In addition, I strengthen the existing connection with customers and deal with new technologies.
The sales team is active all over the world. We meet regularly at one of our locations to discuss the challenges and our strategy.
