As a Production Planning & Supply Chain Coordinator (m/f/d) you will do the following:
Production planning
Draw up and monitor production plans
Develop capacity and resource plans including checking the availability of materials
Plan and coordinate production orders
Track production performance and proactively implement corrective actions in cases of deviation
Work closely with production, design and materials management
Compile key performance indicators and produce regular reports based on production data
Purchasing and Supplier Management
Create and process purchase orders and associated documents in BC
Obtain and verify order confirmations and monitor delivery times
Obtain quotations, compare prices and identify opportunities for cost savings
Optimise costs and procurement processes
Build and maintain professional relationships with suppliers
Data and process improvement
Ensure accurate and up-to-date master data in BC, e.g. products and suppliers
Improve workflows within planning and procurement
Contribute to new standards and continuous improvements across production and procurement
What you bring with you
You have a commercial or technical qualification, for example as an industrial technician, technical assistant, procurement officer or similar.
Experience in production planning, procurement or materials management within a manufacturing company is an advantage.
You have practical experience with EPR systems, preferably Microsoft Business Central and are keen to work actively with the system.
It is a plus if you have:
- Experience in production planning or procurement
- Strong Excel skills for data management, analysis and reporting
- Experience with key performance indicators and operational reporting
- Knowledge of Lean or other process improvement methods
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
You do not need to be an expert in all these areas from day one. The most important thing is that you have an interest in production and supply chains, work systematically and take responsibility for seeing tasks through to completion.

Sabik Offshore A/S is looking for a structured and committed Production Planning & Supply Chain Coordinator. The role combines production planning and procurement, acting as the link between production, design, materials management and our suppliers.
You’ll report to production management and join a team of 5–8 colleagues in Vejle who work in Microsoft Business Central (BC). BC will be your primary tool, and you’ll play an active role in both its day-to-day use and its further development – working closely with BC users at Sabik Offshore in Glostrup and Schwerin.
Sabik Offshore A/S is an international company in the offshore industry. In Vejle, we manufacture metal structures, including railing systems for offshore wind farms.
