What is special about the Sabik team?
Everyone here is very helpful and relaxed. I really appreciate that. Whenever you ask colleagues, they are always happy to help. I’ve never experienced annoyed people here, the working atmosphere is always pleasant. I’m the only woman in the Copenhagen team and I work with six men. They are great colleagues. I enjoy going to work every day because we are a very good team.
What drives you?
I work closely with Anne, our Head of Operations. That’s wonderful! I really like Anne and she is very helpful. When I started at Sabik Offshore, she took me “under her wing”, even though she was far away in Schwerin. When I suggested improvements, she listened. That’s why I feel comfortable being part of her team.
What do you like about your team?
We all get along very well, professionally and personally.
Do you enjoy working at Sabik Offshore?
Oh yes, I’ve been working in the Copenhagen team since 2019 and I enjoy coming to work every day. In my role as a project assistant, I look after the orders for specific wind farms and liaise closely with the customers and the project management team in Schwerin.
I think it makes a big difference when people enjoy coming to the office.
I think it’s good to recognize employees and their ideas and perhaps a smaller company without too many hierarchies, like Sabik Offshore, can achieve more.
