Your Role
In this role, you will shape the digital presence of a company at the forefront of renewable energy.
By leveraging multiple channels, you’ll bring our story to life – crafting compelling narratives that inspire both internally and externally, and making our brand tangible and memorable.
As a Digital Media Coordinator (m/f/d) you will do the following:
You will develop a comprehensive content strategy in line with our corporate goals, values and target groups and actively implement it. In doing so, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate key messages.
You will be responsible for high-quality content-creation such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, white papers and other formats.
You hold the editorial oversight in your hands and, in addition to managing the editorial plan, you will also ensure the publication and consistency of uniform brand communication and messaging depending on the target group.
You will take on SEO optimisation and analyse our content performance to improve our visibility.
You will develop and manage concepts for more efficient content distribution via social media, email, our website and other channels.
You will derive recommendations for future content strategies through continuous performance tracking by monitoring, analysing and processing key figures.
You also
You have vocational training with a focus on marketing, digital marketing, or digital media, or a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital media, or a related field.
You have strong communication skills.
You understand SEO principles and best practices.
You are experienced with content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and social media platforms including analytics tools.
You are a creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.
You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
What else you bring
You are familiar with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
You can manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines reliably.
You are fluent in German and have good English skills
