As a HR-Manager (m/f/d) you will do the following:

You will be in charge of the entire employee lifecycle – from recruiting and onboarding to ongoing support and departure. 

You will be handling the administrative HR processes for all our locations and are responsible for operational HR topics such as Absence and time management, occupational health management and internal HR communication.  

You will further develop our recruiting program, implement appropriate measures and find creative ways to attract new talent.  

You will be the internal contact person for employees and managers in everyday HR issues.  

You will be in charge of our digital HR tool and ensure smooth processes and high data quality.  

You will actively shape HR processes and contribute to a positive work culture.  

You maintain a strong, collaborative relationship with leadership and ensure they stay up to date on relevant HR Matters.  

You also

You have a commercial or human resources apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.  

You have several years of practical experience in operational human resources.  

You work hands-on and can control HR processes independently without having to rely on specific work instructions.  

You like project-oriented work and have a structured working philosophy.  

You are a confident communicator across all levels of the company.

You have a good command of both written and spoken English.  

You feel comfortable in an international environment.
