As a Quality Manager (m/f/d) you will do the following
You will take over operational quality management responsibility for our GmbH and report directly to our Group Quality Management.
You will support our colleagues in developing and improving processes.
You will be responsible for managing our ESG topics internally and externally.
You will maintain, structure and continuously develop our document management system.
You will support the sustainable rectification of non-conformities and deviations.
You will organize and support internal and external audits and further develop the internal auditor network.
You identify potential for improvement opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
You have extensive professional experience in quality management and are confident in day-to-day operational QM.
You have an affinity for technology and understand processes, interrelationships and interfaces.
You have a strong process mindset, which you use to combine theory and practice.
You work in a structured, independent and solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even when dealing with complex issues.
You communicate clearly and confidently with various departments, customers and international teams.
You are also interested in sustainability, the environment and occupational safety, as well as their integration into existing management systems.
You are fluent in German and have a good command of English, both written and spoken.
You work digitally, use common tools (e.g. MS Office, MS Teams, SharePoint) confidently and quickly find your way into new systems.
You are hands-on and pragmatic.
You think of QM as an effective tool for improvement.
You constructively question existing processes and actively drive our further development.
You share your knowledge and work in partnership with internal auditors.
