As a Senior Financial Accountant (m/f/d) you will do the following
You will handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and asset accounting while monitor the processes.
You will reconcile accounts, clarify differences and manage G/L accounts.
You manage national and international payment transactions and keep an eye on OP lists.
You will be the first point of contact for our tax office and for auditors.
You will coordinate with our tax office on IFRS account management as well as on the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB/IFRS.
You act as a key user in our ERP system.
You will support projects such as:
Budget and forecast preparation
Continuous analysis of the accounts.
Further development of cost center and cost unit controlling together with the Head of Finance.
You have a commercial apprenticeship or a comparable qualification.
You have sound professional experience in finance and accounting.
You have a good command of HGB and ideally know the basics of IFRS.
You have in-depth knowledge of VAT law.
You are experienced with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft Business Central) and with MS Office, especially Excel.
You have a good command of both written and spoken English.
You have experience with international payment transactions.
You are comfortable working with tax advisors and auditors.
You work independently, in a structured manner and quickly find your way into new topics.
You have strong team and consulting skills and provide professional support to colleagues.
You are open, communicative and solution-oriented – internally and externally.
